# 1. A Weekend in Tremont
Get a true “Tremonster” experience and spend two nights, Friday October 8th and Saturday October 9th in Tremont at Tremont Place Lofts. (unless the Indians go to the World Series, then they’re full). This is also the location of the Trek kick-off Party.
Before returning home please stop by 806 Martini & Wine Bar on Literary Rd. and have a night cap with two late night menu entrees.
On Saturday at Noon, meet Eileen Sotak from the Tremont History Project at La Bodega on the corner of Jefferson and Tremont Avenues for lunch.
After lunch Eileen will take you on a one hour magical walking tour of her Tremont. Ask her anything about Tremont, she knows it all.
Lucky’s Café on Starkweather Ave. will provide Sunday brunch for two, be there between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Food Network’s Guy Fieri loved Heather Haviland’s food… so will you.
The winner of this package should make reservations in advance for Fahrenheit, 806 martini & wine Bar, and Lucky’s Café.
# 2. Tremont Wellness Basket
Studio 11 is our neighborhood Yoga and Pilates studio that provides nourishment for the body and soul. It is located in Lemko Hall, at the corner of W.11th St. and Literary Rd. which was the site of the wedding feast in the movie The Deer Hunter.
Owner/ Instructor, Tiiu Gennert who regularly travels to India, has offered 25 Yoga or Pilate’s lessons. Admit it: you've always wanted to learn yoga.
Studio Le Beau is on W.11th Street across from Studio 11.This cutting edge salon will execute a perfect haircut and style compliments of stylist Chris Davidson. It is a unique and relaxing experience anytime except Sundays and Mondays, they’re closed.
Emily’s Petite Salon and Spa on Starkweather Ave. will graciously provide a manicure and pedicure, wellness and style!!
Earth Angels Holistic Health at 1005 Kenilworth, corner of W. 10th St. and Kenilworth, will provide a holistic healing reflexology session.

Civilization Café at the corner of W.11th St. and KennilworthAve., will provide 12 months of their City Roast coffee, a pound a month, selected by Proprietor Nancy Hocepl.
Visible Voice Books on Kennilworth. Proprietor Dave Ferrante will select a book every other month for you based on your interests. His passion for a good read will provide you with some wonderfully contagious Brain Food.
Loop Tremont on W.11th Street & Fairfield. Owners Dave & Brad Foran have a unique coffee and music destination spot. They will select a monthly music gift for you from their contemporary and traditional music options based on your ear. Stop by and meet Dave and Brad and begin feeding your brain.
