The Tremont Trek home tour, founded in 2002, was designed to showcase the vibrancy of the Tremont neighborhood and spotlight the fabulous restaurants, art galleries & shops and diversity of architecture.

Originally intended to connect neighbors through a lively progressive dinner party at six different private homes, much to the delight of the Trek committee, more than 80% of the home tour guests each year are suburbanites, curious to see what is happening in this hip urban neighborhood.

14th Annual Tremont Trek Walking Home Tour

Saturday June 13, 2015  4pm-10pm

On Saturday, June 13, 2015, from 4:00-10:00 p.m., the 14th Annual Tremont Trek: 2015 Home Tour will take place as a benefit created by a neighborhood coalition to raise funds to improve and enhance the quality of life in Tremont for residents, business owners, and visitors.

Offering rare peeks into six private homes in Cleveland’s historic Tremont neighborhood, this progressive dinner party will feature six of Tremont’s finest restaurants each serving guests a different course at each home. Tremont restaurants supply all food. Wine Trends, an Ohio distributor focused on emerging brands to include luxury and artisan wines, will provide wines & beers that match the restaurant’s tastes.


Guests will be shuttled around to each home via Lolly the Trolley.

Houses on the tour include an eclectic mix showcasing Tremont’s unique character, old and new:

• A splendid painted lady Victorian mansion on West 14th Street.
• A new townhome with phenomal downtown views .
• A great effiecient rehabbed home.
• A brand new contemporary home just built by one of last year’s homeowners.
• A penthouse in the Fairmount Creamery Building.
•An amazing artist sutdio and home.

The pre party kicks off at 4 p.m. at The Grand Ball Room located at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church located at 2187 West 14th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113. The party will feature entertainment by Lounge Kitty.

Beer & Wines are selected by Wine Trends and featured tastes at the pre-party may include: The Southside, Treehouse, Prosperity Social Club, Tremont Tap House, Sokolowski's University Inn, Grumpy’s Café and coffee by Civilization.

The progressive dinner party & wine tasting provides a different course at each home as guests are guided around by foot and via Lolly the Trolley at about 5:45pm. Restaurants include: Ty Fun, Dante, Fat Cats, Parallax, Press Wine Bar and Lolita.

The tour wraps up around 9:15pm when groups are guided back to the Grand Ballroom to pick up there desserts to go from Lilly Handmade Chocolate and A Cookie & A Cupcake. Guests will have the option of heading back out into Tremont to continue the party or grab a to go coffee from Civilization for the ride home.

The tour is limited to 250 persons and sells out quickly.

You may also hand deliver your check or cash. No booking fees will charged for cash or check payment. Your tickets can then be emailed or mailed to you.

Payment for all Tremont Trek processed tickets must be payed in full within 72 hours to hold your reservation as tickets are always in high demand.
